As first-time home buyers, we were quite daunted with the process and had no idea where to start. Beth helped us with everything from finances, a house versus a condo, and even helped us explore neighborhoods in Philly. At one point in our search, I started to get discouraged that maybe our money wouldn't get us what we wanted.
