We were looking to sell our home in South Philly and purchase a new home in New Jersey, and it gave me so much anxiety thinking about how to navigate the two transactions, especially with them being in different states. After looking for months, she knew exactly what we wanted and actually found the house we ended up purchasing! Without going into all the details, we absolutely would not have gotten the house we purchased, and for the price we purchased it at, without her on our side.
