Scott is a great agent and we would highly recommend him to everyone! He has a great eye and shared useful insights about the houses and condos we viewed. We met Scott through an Open House that he was hosting at a different home nearby the one we ended up purchasing. Even though we were not the right buyer for said property, we knew right away that we had found the right agent. Scott then showed us the home we did end up buying and the rest is  history! There was an instant connection for us as Scott knew the area so well, has a fabulous eye for design and is so friendly. He helped us see things in our home that we could not have imagined. Scott was excellent in helping us sell our Center City Coop Apartment. He and his team at Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach did a splendid job of photographing the unit, and them of displaying the photos both on their proprietary site, and in local magazines, thereby reaching a broad spectrum of  potential buyers. He was diligent in running open houses and made sure all prospects saw the unit according to their schedules. He managed the paperwork when the offers came, and the closing went smoothly. His knowledge of the building and the area added to his ability to convince the buyer that this should be their new home.

Scott was fantastic to work with. His knowledge of the market and numerous connections are an incredible asset. This skill set combined with his wonderful personality made the process of selling my home much easier than anticipated. I would recommend Scott to any prospective buyer without  reservation.
