Nancy Spent 10 years in corporate America where she gained invaluable communication and negotiation skills which make her a leader in the real estate industry. Prior to that, she studied Psychology at Franklin and Marshall College and became real estate savvy by learning from her mother, Linda Novelli, and extended family members who have all built extraordinary real estate careers all over the country. Nancy made my first time home-buying experience a breeze. My criteria changed drastically throughout my home buying process – I thought I wanted a 1 BR condo in downtown Philadelphia and ended up in a 3BR twin in Manayunk equipped with a backyard and basement! Nancy was patient and respectful of my ever-changing “must-haves” and when we found the house for me she negotiated with the skill and the confidence that landed me my dream home at the height of the pandemic. If I recall correctly, I think she may have even negotiated the offer while on an international vacation. A testament to her availability and responsiveness. Helped me to make a competitive offer and taught me about negotiation options that were new to me such as “Seller Assists” and waivers. Proactively brought to lender’s and my attention an oversight on the mortgage processor’s part and ensured that I received appropriate credit from said lender, which was very, very appreciated!
