For example, other agents focused on the large inventory of available housing driving down prices while Margaux realized that the inventory was due to condos and that there were few townhouses like ours. Thus she priced us realistically but aggressively, more than $150,000 more than the other agents but we still sold at $5,000 above asking the first weekend of open house! She also told us what to do to stage our house effectively but at minimum cost. The comparison to a similar unit down our street that was poorly staged only served to make us look better and facilitate our sale. Margaux is also a delight to work with and readily available for questions and assistance. She also follows up. Months later she just reminded us of the details of our closing for tax purposes! Finally she works as part of a wonderful organization, both her individual group and the umbrella Compass. Another wonderful Compass agent assisted us in buying our New York City condo. Clearly we were delighted with Margaux and her entire organization and would recommend her in the highest possible manner.

Margaux helped us find our perfect home during a time of extremely limited inventory in center city. A few advantages of working with Margaux:
